Case study · Appliance repair
Brandon was starting an appliance repair business in Tampa Bay with one truck, no reviews and no website. We cleaned up the name, then built the brand, the website and his local search, so his first customers saw an established shop.
Brandon was going out on his own as an appliance repair tech. He had the skills and a truck, but no reviews, no website and no name anyone knew yet. He came in with a few name ideas, and we helped him clean them up into Mr. Fix-It Appliance Repair.
Appliance repair means letting a stranger into your kitchen. Before anyone had a reason to trust him, the brand had to do that job. It needed to look like a shop that had been around for years and still feel like one friendly guy who shows up himself.
The mascot is the face of the business: a friendly tech with his wrench up and a red toolbox in hand. He comes in full color, one color, as an avatar and inside a “You can count on us” seal, so he works on anything from a sticker to a tailgate.
Navy and bright blue carry the brand, with red saved for the toolbox. Service badges like “Fix-it fast” and “We service all brands,” appliance icons and a tool pattern fill out the kit, so every piece looks like the same company.
Truck magnets went on first, as a quick stand-in until the pickup could be wrapped. Then came die-cut door hangers, business cards, embroidered polos and stickers.
Next was a mobile-first website with pages for Tampa and Wesley Chapel, a cleaned-up Google Business Profile and monthly local SEO. The brand took about five weeks. The site and search work took about a month more.
“All the printed items look amazing, man. I really can’t thank you enough on those. You did your thing!”
How the work grew
The ask
The brand
The rollout
The truck, the door hanger and the Google listing all came from one system, so every piece points back to the same face and the same phone number.
“Thanks for all your hard work, Zach!”
The work
One friendly face and one phone number on every piece. The mascot reads at a glance on a door hanger, a tailgate or a phone screen.
The result
Calls and clicks are from the first two months after launch. Over the same stretch, mobile visits rose 235%, organic search visits doubled and Brandon ranked #1 on Google for his business name. These numbers come from the brand, the website and the local SEO working together.
“Dude, that site looks awesome!”
