Last updated November 1, 2026

The short version

  • Both plans are $1,200 a month, billed monthly.
  • The 3-month rebrand is a three-month commitment ($3,600 total), then it rolls into month-to-month. Month-to-month cancels any time.
  • One open request at a time. Most come back in 1 to 2 business days, wraps in 2 to 3.
  • Once it’s paid for, every final file is yours.
  • We design. Printing, installing wraps and building websites go through your own vendors.

The details are below. If anything here is unclear, email hello@fieldreadydesign.com before you sign up.

1About these terms

Field Ready Design Co. (“Field Ready,” “we” or “us”) is a design service for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other home service companies based in the Tri-Cities, Washington. These terms cover fieldreadydesign.com and any design work you get from us under either plan.

By signing up for a plan, paying for one or sending us a request, you agree to these terms. If you’re signing up for a company, you’re confirming you can agree to them on its behalf.

Sign-up, requests and payments run through Many Requests, and payments are processed by Stripe. Their own terms cover their part of the process.

2The plans

3-month rebrand

$1,200 a month for three months in a row, $3,600 total. It’s a firm three-month commitment. It includes a kickoff call and intake, first designs within about 4 to 5 business days of a completed intake, and 3 to 4 rounds of revisions on the brand. If the brand is finished early, the rest of your three months goes to other design requests, the same way month-to-month works. After the third month, it rolls into month-to-month design at $1,200 a month and renews each month until you cancel.

Month-to-month design

$1,200 a month. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can have one open request at a time.

Price changes

We may change our prices. If we do, we’ll tell active clients at least 30 days before the new price applies to them.

3Billing

  • Plans are billed monthly, in advance, to the card or account you add at sign-up.
  • Each month starts on your billing date and runs to the next one.
  • If a payment fails, we may pause work until it goes through.
  • Prices don’t include any taxes that may apply.
  • Payments aren’t refundable, including partial months, except as described in section 12.

4Canceling

Month-to-month: cancel any time by emailing hello@fieldreadydesign.com. Canceling stops the next charge. We keep working through the end of the month you’ve already paid for, and then the plan ends.

3-month rebrand: it can’t be canceled once it starts, and all three monthly payments are due. That’s what lets us plan three months of work around your brand. After the third month, it continues as month-to-month, and you can cancel any time the same way.

Either way, you keep every final file delivered.

5How requests work

  • One at a time. A request is one piece of work, like a door hanger, a van wrap or a set of social templates. When it’s done, the next one starts.
  • Turnaround. Most requests come back in 1 to 2 business days, and wraps in 2 to 3. These are targets, not guarantees. Bigger requests, like a full website design or a set of different vehicle wraps, may be split into stages, and we’ll tell you the plan up front.
  • Business days. Monday to Friday, not counting weekends or major U.S. holidays. The clock starts once we have what we need to begin.
  • Revisions. Revisions are included on every request. A brand-new direction counts as a new request.
  • Waiting on you. If a request sits waiting on your feedback or files, it stays open, and your plan keeps running.

6What’s not included

We design. We don’t:

  • Print anything, or prepare files for a specific printer’s pre-press
  • Install wraps, signs or decals
  • Build, host or maintain websites
  • Search, register or clear trademarks

Printing, installation and website builds go through your own vendors, who set their own prices and terms. We’re not responsible for their work, their costs or their schedules.

Before anything is printed or installed, you and your vendor are responsible for checking it: vehicle measurements and templates, print proofs, and every phone number, license number, price and word. Once you approve a final file, any changes after that count as a new request.

7Your part

  • Send accurate information and reply to questions so requests can keep moving.
  • Only send logos, photos, text and other material you have the right to use.
  • You’re responsible for what your marketing says, including offers, prices, license numbers, ratings and reviews, and for making sure it follows the rules where you work.

8Who owns the work

Once it’s paid for, the final approved design for each request is yours, in whatever format you need. You can use it, change it and have anyone print or build it. We transfer our rights in the final work to you.

We keep the rights to drafts and concepts you didn’t choose, and to our general methods, tools and know-how. We won’t sell a concept you didn’t choose to someone else as their brand.

Fonts, stock photos and mockup templates belong to their makers and stay under their own licenses. We mostly use free, open fonts. If a project needs a paid font or stock photo, we pay for the license and pass it to you. Mockups we use to present a design are for presentation only.

9Showing the work

We may show finished work, along with your company name and logo, on fieldreadydesign.com, zthdesign.com and our social media. If you’d rather we didn’t, or want us to wait until something launches, tell us in writing and we’ll respect that. We never share confidential details, like pricing or private business information, in our portfolio.

10Names and trademarks

Our designs are original, and we don’t knowingly copy anyone else’s work. But we don’t do trademark searches, and we can’t promise a name, logo or slogan is free to use or register. Before you put a new name or logo on your fleet, we recommend having a trademark attorney check it.

11Confidentiality

We keep the private business information you share with us private, and only use it to do your work. That doesn’t cover information that’s already public or that we’re legally required to share.

12If we end the service

We can pause or end your plan if a payment isn’t made, if you break these terms or if you’re abusive to us. We can also stop offering the service for any other reason. If we end your plan for a reason that isn’t your fault, we’ll refund the unused part of the month you’ve paid for and send you every final file delivered.

13Warranties and liability

We do careful, professional work, but beyond what these terms say, the service and this website are provided as is, without other warranties.

To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or follow-on losses, like lost profits, lost jobs or printing and installation costs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

If someone makes a claim against us because of material you gave us to use, you agree to cover the cost of that claim.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. If we make a change that matters to active clients, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it applies.

15Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Benton County, Washington.
